Traditional Care, Modern Attitude.
Dr Bec Hargrave and Dr John Tran approached Brave to develop a brand for their new medical centre based in Albany Creek, Brisbane.
The motivation behind opening their own medical centre was driven by a desire to get back to the old school relationship between Doctor and Patient and to create an environment that was focussed on a positive patient experience.
The project involved Brave working with the team to refine their business model and define their brand position. The outcomes of these activities led the development of the name for the practice and provided a framework for the design of a unique brand identity that breaks the mould of corporate identities usually seen for medical practices.
The name, ‘Everyday Medical’, reflects the attitude of the practice, that everyone is welcomed and without judgement.
The brand identity is vibrant and colourful and further reinforces the brand goals of creating a positive patient experience. This is delivered through a suite of corporate stationery items, marketing material and website.
The project also required the design and development of bold signage solution for the external aspects of the practice and internally included an innovative approach to the interchangeable nameplates used by the doctors when sharing consulting rooms.
